Web Designer for new company – Copywriter Job

We are a new Web Development Agency, creating amazing websites for self employed or start ups.

We are looking for someone who can work long term with us and someone that can also help us create sites to get work.

First of all, we need to redesign 1 page from a website, this is to help us sell a website to the client, ideally we don't want to pay for this incase we don't get the job, however, if we get the job, you will be designing the whole website and we will pay a little more due to you doing the 1 page template design.

You need to know how a website functions & user experience, friendly and understanding is a must.

We create our websites using bootstrap so knowing how bootstrap works will also help.
