Web Figma Designer – Copywriter Job

I'm looking for a Web Designer to propose new webpage designs for multiple clients.
Is mandatory to have previous designs made on Figma for websites.
And need to share the link to the developed version of those Designs.

I'm looking for someone capable of providing good design proposals.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a web designer for other companies.
-UX/UI knowledge
-Being capable of providing logical responsive versions of the designs.

Desirable (not mandatory, just let me know if you know any of this):
-Design banners / Icons on Canva.
-Knows how to transform a web design made on Canva into a usable one on Figma
-Has some image editing skills.

This will be a long-term contract. I'm looking for someone to assist with multiple design requirements from clients.

Any AI-written proposal will be immediately discarded.

This will be an Hourly contract, I do have multiple client requirements, meaning that if they like your designs and timings you will be assigned more and more tasks.
