Web3 Developer (simple) – Social Media Manager

I am seeking a skilled developer that is good at problem solving and efficiency.
I need a developer who is able to create me the following web application on the Solana ecosystem:
Combine multiple API's so when users purchase my token, an animation is triggered on my website. It will use ChatGPT to generate text and play the generated texted in audio on my website.
API's needed:
– Solscan api: I think this is the best API to use so when a purchase happens to my SPL based token, it will send the transaction details to a ChatGPT thread to generate text relative to that transaction.
– ChatGPT: Analyse the transaction information sent via API from Solscan to generate text based on the transaction
– AIAnimation website: This is where I need assistance, I need an animation of a cat face to trigger once a transaction happens. For example, If somebody purchases 0.75 Solana of my SPL token on my website an animated cat will say "Wallet address X just purchased 0.75 Solana worth! What a chad!"
