Website Form Coding – WEB DEVELOPMENT

We are looking for a skilled developer to help us with coding a dynamic javascript form intake section for our website. The website itself is already complete, but we need assistance in coding the form. The form should be able to capture user input and display dynamic content based on the user's selections. It should also have proper validation and error handling. The developer should be familiar with javascript and have experience in web development. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills are a must.
