Website maintenance and improvements – WEB DEVELOPMENT
We are leading VR escape room in Melbourne Australia. We are looking for a company that can cost effectively outsourcing services to maintain, enhance and improve our website. Our website has been built on Divi theme. We are looking for a company that enable our team to add / modify / change menus and content in a simple way. To support this effort we want the following to be done for our website
– Produce video and documentation on “how to do guides” for our team to add / modify and change content with no developer involvement or be Divi experts.
– Document via videos & presentations of our website. Current technical and useability design by analysing the architecture of the user interface design of the website.
– Maintain and enhance SEO for the website by configuring wordpress.
– Build more robust integrations to our backend booking system to improve speed and performance using Zapier.
– Experts in providing integration from the website to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads so that our Google Ads campaigns can work easily with website content. Our marketing team can generate content very easily and then launch campaigns quickly.
– Maintain and improve the performance of the website for speed and useability on all devices. The is to ensure the health of the website is very high for useability and availability.
Continuously update documentation and videos with “how to do” guides.
This is not a radical new development of content or material which will be done by our internal team. We are looking for a company that provides services to make it easier for us to develop content and material in a self service manner while doing maintenance tasks mostly ad-hoc in the long term once the initial phase is completed.
So to be successful you will need to make it easier by providing documentation, videos and training on how we can improve our website with least amount of technical knowledge.
Experience required for this job are as follows
– Strong previous client references on where the "how to use" guides were done to enable self service of website
– strong experience of resource(s) with deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to keep everything aligned from website with end to end integration.
– Zapier integration expertise to reduce customisation of code and perform more off-the-shelf integration across the entire architecture.
– Strong and deep expertise of Divi themes and wordpress to optimise for speed, performance and useability.
– UX designers to assist us to do amazing UX designs.
We are NOT looking for individuals and not agencies with high staff turnover or has multiple independent contractors. We are looking for small to medium agency with full time staff with less staff turnover and can dedicate people with the above expertise.
The ideal model will be a setup costs to fix some of the urgent issues then a very low monthly maintenance costs based on tickets / issues etc.
Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
