Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Website Performance Optimization Expert to significantly improve the performance of our e-commerce site currently under construction. Our site is built on PrestaShop, utilizing Creative Element for the desktop version and AMP for the mobile version. We have implemented a static cache module, Cloudflare, and Redis Cache Pro, and need an expert to analyze the compatibility and effectiveness of these solutions, aiming to enhance performance on both mobile and desktop platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough analysis to ensure compatibility and optimal configuration of our current performance optimization tools: static cache module, Cloudflare, and Redis Cache Pro.
Implement advanced performance optimization strategies to significantly improve site speed and Core Web Vitals scores on both mobile and desktop versions.
Provide recommendations and adjustments for server settings to optimize performance, specifically for our server running Apache/2.4.41 on Linux.
Optimize the AMP version of our site for lightning-fast mobile performance.
Ensure that all optimization practices are in compliance with PrestaShop's best practices and do not compromise site functionality.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in website performance optimization, specifically for PrestaShop e-commerce platforms.
Strong experience with Cloudflare, Redis Cache Pro, and AMP implementations for PrestaShop.
Knowledge of server optimization for Apache/2.4.41 on Linux.
Ability to analyze and optimize for Core Web Vitals and other performance indicators.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English with effective communication skills for clear reporting and recommendations.
