Website Redesign for New Medical Device Launch – Translator job
We are looking to hire a Web Designer who will be responsible for updating and building out additional content for the FlexDex Surgical company website to support the US launch of the AXIUS™ 8mm Needle Driver: https://vimeo.com/flexdex/introducing-axius
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years’ experience working with websites, excellent visual design skills and experience in conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites in line with existing brand guidelines. They will have a portfolio of work which demonstrates their experience and passion for web design.
Main Responsibilities
Research and maintain awareness of competitors’ websites and current industry trends
Audit existing website content and identify areas of improvement
Develop additional website content to support company objectives
Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design or related field
Portfolio of work demonstrating website design experience – minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience
Strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with JavaScript, CSS, PHP, HTML and proficient in the use of WordPress
Knowledge of User experience (UX) and User interface (UI)
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
