Wix for w/ dynamic QR code – Writing
Hello!
I am seeking an experienced professional to assist with a personalized marketing campaign for my landscape design business. The project involves generating dynamic QR codes and setting up dynamic form population on my Wix website.
Project Overview: I have a list of 505 recently sold luxury homes that I want to target with personalized invitation mailers that will go out in direct mail to the property addresses. Each mailer will include a unique QR code that, when scanned, will open a form on my Wix site with the recipient's personal information pre-populated. The goal is to create a seamless and exclusive experience for each potential client. These mailers will direct recipients to a tailored landing page inviting them to apply for our landscape design application kit.
The invitation is a 3 piece mailer, and one of there other inserts will have a Dynamic QR code that will take all users to a 360 virtual reality tour that is embedded into the website that they can view the space / do the tour on their phones or desktops.
Project Requirements:
Generate dynamic QR codes for each of the 505 homes (and a template set up so I can continue do do this with the next round of marketing invitations), with personalized information (e.g., name, address, email)
Set up dynamic form population on my Wix site, so that when a QR code is scanned, the form fields are pre-filled with the recipient's information.
Allow me to see who has scanned the qr code and track who opened and exited the form, and tracking on the VR tour as well.
Ensure compatibility between the QR codes and the Wix form, and thoroughly test the functionality.
Deliverables
Dynamic QR codes that opens a prefilled form
A pre-filled form with client information on wix (with submit button)
Automation to send me a notification when people 1. Scan the QR code 2. Submit the form
A page that holds the 360 tour embed (I can provide the 360 images, and the tours if you want to recommend a platform that works well with wix )
I will provide:
A Google Sheets document with the list of the first round of 505 homes and the necessary personal information for each recipient.
Access to my Wix site for form setup and integration.
The invitation mailer design for your review and understanding of the project
