Woocommerce expert – Writing

We are looking for a woocommerce expert to guide us through setting up a few very specific, already defined features that we would like to add to our existing woocommerce shop:
1) ensure pricing is not visible unless someone logs in and creates an account (and — optionally — is approved)
2) custom coding in the shopping cart / check out page to determine the pricing for 1 special item (it's price is a function of option selected and quantity of select other items already in the cart)
3) review if there is a way to have certain customer accounts see unique items and/or unique item pricing (would apply ONLY to those certain customers)

We can discuss and talk through specific scenarios with a woocommerce expert, figure out which way to proceed, and then the implementation is open; either the expert implements the update on our site, a staging area, or walks us through what to do if the feature does not require custom coding.  

The budget is open, as we first need to discuss the above, understand the time required, then determine which to do first and how.
