WordPress – MODRO GC Website Designer Wanted – Blogging Job
Client fully owns the website, including but not limited to, the body copy, design elements, plug-ins and all accounts social media accounts, website, and third party services will all be created in the client’s name &/or Greaux Consulting Corporation, LLC’s client's name, Krewe Construction & Development Group, LLC upon direction of client. Client will own all copyrights.
Client agrees to retain the services of Company to perform Website Revamp & consulting services to Client’s website. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the Website Revamp & consulting services performed shall be determined by the scope of work requested by the Client. A written estimate will be provided to the client by Company. Company and Client agree that Company shall be compensated based upon the prices set forth in the written estimate and consulting time if applicable. Client shall be responsible for payment of any outstanding charges remaining. Client shall pay Company for services performed within 48 hours of mutually agreed completed phase or project & receipt of Company’s invoice. Client shall nevertheless pay Company all amounts due on the date of substantial completion of services. Substantial Completion is defined as the stage in the progress of the Project when the Work or designated portion thereof is sufficiently complete in accordance with the Contract Documents so that the Owner can utilize the Work for its intended use and also includes the situation when an Owner terminates the work done on a specific portion or area, or the work of a particular contractor.

After the hiring process I'll send you a design questionnaire document Once you are done with that I will start work as follows:
Step 1) Based on the information of the design doc, I will create mockup designs of each page and will provide multiple iterations on the design until you are fully satisfied.
Step 2) Once you approve the PSD designs, then only I will move ahead with the design implementation. At this stage, I will make sure the responsiveness, browser-compatible codes, and most importantly make sure the SEO friendliness of the codes.
Step 3) Then I will proceed with the Back End Development using WordPress as per your choice. You will get an easily accessible admin panel so a layman can manage the website.
Step 4) Then I will test the website on each device and using all type of sample data and will fix all the bugs if there is any.
Step 5) Once everything is finalized, I will make it live to your server with a video user guideline on How you can Edit/Manage the website.

📊 Regarding the SEO, I'll create the staging environment first. Using proper header and footer, where primary meta tags and descriptions will be added. Also, I'll do the following:
1. Backlinks will be added under blog/content throughout the page.
2. Keep proper URL structure.
3. Integrate Google Analytics.
4. SEO-optimized content and meta titles/descriptions.
5. If there's any SEO plugin needed, like Yoast/Rank Math/SEOPress/All in One SEO Pack I'll integrate it as well.
**This will be a duplicated website from the first Krewe website built which will be converted over for Modro with his logos, pics, body copy, etc, and utilize the new Krewe infrastructure we already built. There are some additional pages that will need to be added to the FIRST new Krewe Website build such as a Financing page, Cable Rails Products page, etc.
