As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enabling the CEO to concentrate on priority matters by managing their schedule efficiently. Your responsibilities include foreseeing needs, employing critical thinking, and executing tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

Tasks to be Delegated Include:

Administration:
Facilitate collaborations and partnerships via social media platforms.
Coordinate the CEO's engagements in podcast speaking opportunities.
Maintain the CEO's insurance license by ensuring timely renewal.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing their schedule, handling correspondence, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
Work with legal professionals to ensure contract review and compliance.
Manage ad-hoc assignments and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Email Management:
Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, flagging urgent messages and responding to routine inquiries on behalf of the executive.
Organize and categorize emails, maintaining a tidy inbox and ensuring timely responses.
Draft and compose professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports, as needed.

Calendar Management:
Maintain and update the executive's calendar, proactively scheduling appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Remind the executive of upcoming commitments and deadlines, providing timely notifications and reminders.

Recruitment:
Lead the recruitment process for key organizational roles.

Required Attributes and Skills:
Demonstrated organizational skills, including calendar management and appointment setting.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities for professional interactions with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive in anticipating and addressing the needs of the CEO.
Commitment to confidentiality with sensitive information.
Critical thinking skills for developing practical solutions.
Proficiency in office software and technology for efficient task management.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt with ease.
Effective collaboration skills across departments.
