**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a virtual environment. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

**Responsibilities:**
– Manage and maintain schedules for healthcare providers, including appointments, meetings, and conference calls
– Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
– Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
– Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
– Assist with billing and invoicing tasks, including verifying insurance information and processing payments
– Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed
– Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
– Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the practice

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is preferred
– Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in healthcare administration are a plus
