AI Video Generator (subtitles, images, voiceover) – Graphic Designer

Hello,

I'm looking to hire someone to build a web app that will create short videos (for tiktok + youtube) using Dall-E for image generation, ChatGPT for writing a script based on a topic (i.e. future of cars) OpenAI tts for text to speech.

The output is an MP4 with images (dall-e generated), subtitle and a voiceover. This is an example of what the output needs to be: https://www.instagram.com/autoshorts.ai/reel/C33EnskprMZ/

We require:

• User auth (login + reg)
• Stripe subscription payments
• OpenAI API integration
• Account management (email, password, delete account)
• Dashboard
• Generate video page
