Create graphics and layout for WordPress site – Blogging Job

I have wordpress site (https://dhakma.com) I just started. I'm looking for a good graphics designer that is also good with wordpress layouts. I'm pretty tech savvy so we can figure out a good theme that you need to use.
My goal is to build a toned down version like: https://www.matellio.com/ that is video heavy and modern. But, please understand it does not need to be so complicated. I'm just building a 10-page basic website. What I need:
1. Basic logo (nothing fancy)
2. Banners for each page (landing, contact, product, resources, blog pages)
3. Layouts
4. Basic animations widgets similar to that site
5. Video Recommendations for the site landing page and other pages (royalty free videos that I will purchase for you).
