Executive Assistant for two agency owners 😄 – Copywriter Job

Key Responsibilities:
〰️ Focus Management: Filter tasks, notifications and inquiries to maintain business owners’ focus on critical issues.
〰️ Goal Administration: Track and manage business goals and key performance indicators, to ensure the business owner is working on most important tasks and priorities.
〰️ Daily Task Management: Prepare and update daily priority lists and to-dos.
〰️ Email Management: Sort, prioritize and respond to emails as required before the business owner gets to them.
〰️ Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, and appointments, and manage calendar conflicts so the business owner is focused and not burnt out.
〰️ Time Management: Guard business owners’ time by discerning and scheduling important engagements.
〰️ Document Management: Organize and maintain digital documents and files.
〰️ Travel Coordination: Plan and organize business and personal travel itineraries.
〰️ Personal Administration: Handle personal administrative tasks as required, including appointment scheduling (book personal appointments such as massages, haircuts, etc.)

Other Potential Tasks, but not limited to
〰️ Strategic Outreach: Assist in outreach efforts, research potential strategic partners, and sales support activities.
〰️ Strategic Initiatives: Assist in researching, planning, and executing strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and organizational growth.
〰️ Property Management: For example, liaise with Airbnb and cleaning services for personal properties.
〰️ Event Planning: Organize and plan business and personal events.

Experience in executive and admin support or similar roles is required.
Ability to demonstrate business administration skills and knowledge.
Exhibits a proactive approach to tasks with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
