Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Shopify developer who can design, develop, and optimize a high-functioning Shopify store that aligns with our company’s vision. The developer will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the website, from initial concept and design through to development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
Responsibilities:
Design a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate Shopify store.
Implement custom Shopify themes and modify pre-existing templates based on the specific needs of our business.
Ensure the website is fully responsive across all devices and browsers.
Integrate third-party and platform-supported apps including payment gateways, inventory management tools, and shipping applications.
Optimize website performance to ensure fast loading times and a seamless user experience.
Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to the website as needed.
Collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Shopify website development.
Strong portfolio of previous work that includes e-commerce sites, particularly on the Shopify platform.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify’s templating language).
Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills.
Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) to coordinate with our management and marketing teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
