Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications to support our organization's software needs. This role requires strong programming skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Experience: 5-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
1:Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2:Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
3:Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure software meets quality standards and functional requirements.
4:Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback to improve code quality.
5:Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
6:Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in Java development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
7:Work closely with QA engineers to ensure proper test coverage and assist in the resolution of any reported issues.
8:Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline the deployment and release process.
9:Contribute to the documentation of software designs, architecture, and implementation details.
Qualifications:
1:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2:Proven experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer, with a minimum of X years of relevant work experience.
3:Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
4:Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
5:Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle and version control systems (e.g., Git).
6:Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
7:Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
8:Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
9:Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
10:Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
