Mobile App Developer with Cordova Knowledge – Writing
We seek an experienced mobile app developer with knowledge in both iOS and Android platforms to "revive" an existing app used by our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Cordova.
We are in the pharmaceutical wholesale industry and our business services customers nationwide. Our customers use this app to build shopping carts by scanning barcodes with Android/iOS devices. These carts are then accessed via the online portal to finalise placing their orders. Since the app was built a few years ago, there have been multiple Android & iOS software updates. In addition, our customers have upgraded their devices. Therefore bugs and poor performance are being reported more frequently. Note that we only require the minimum viable product to enable the app to survive another 12 months. It will be replaced after that, as we are undergoing a re-platforming project for our wholesale website that will have a native scan feature.
If you take on this project, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying the app. If you have a passion for mobile app development and possess the expertise in Cordova, we want to hear from you.
