Responsibilities:

– Develop a scalable and efficient interview tool using either Node.js or PHP, depending on your expertise.
– Implement necessary features such as user authentication, interview scheduling, questionnaires, rating systems, and reporting functionalities.
– Ensure the tool's compatibility across various devices and browsers.
– Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the tool's reliability and performance.
– Provide documentation and technical support as needed.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in developing web applications using either Node.js or PHP.
– Strong proficiency in JavaScript (for Node.js developers) or PHP, HTML, and CSS (for PHP developers).
– Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
