Portfolio Website Development – Writing

This project is for a website that will have ~7 pages total. The website is for a marketing company:
– Homepage (company services and details)
-About page
-3-4 Portfolio pages (with sample work)
-Contact page

I am looking for a web developer to build the custom site on WordPress (I will provide all of the designs in Figma and assets via Dropbox). The website must be:
-Coded and also built for easy editing in the the future
-Optimized for all screens
-Password protected on the portfolio pages
-Able to host Images, GIFs and GLB files (GLB is for 3D products that can be rotated by the user)
-Able to include expandable windows to show sample work/content (similar to Apple site in the "Get to know Mac" section – https://www.apple.com/mac/ where there is a plus button that expands into more content)

If you are interested in the project, please provide:
-A quote for your assistance in helping me get started (what steps do I need to do to set up the WordPress account, give you access, etc.)
-A quote for developing the first portfolio page (the wireframe for the first page is attached, so you can see what a typical portfolio page includes)
-Timeline for completing the first page
-2-3 sample websites you built
