Seeking Freelance/Studio for Digital Twin Project for Small Towns/Villages – Graphic Designer
We are seeking a skilled & creative freelancer or studio to work on an innovative Digital Twin project aimed at managing the administrative and tourism tasks of small cities/towns. This project involves creating a 3D schematic model of an entire region, with detailed information for each town and village. It offers a broad range of features, from administrative to public-facing tourism-related activities, virtual community spaces, and infrastructure planning.
Project Scope:
Digital Twin Framework: Create a digital platform where users can interact with a schematic 3D model of a region consisting of about 100 towns/villages. The model should include town/village names, boundaries, and customizable data blocks for each community.
Administrative Features: Implement secure access with password protection, allowing users to view non-public data such as tax payments and other internal administrative tasks. Automated data updates and alert systems should be integrated.
Public-Facing Features: Enable public access to tourism-related content, historical information, and other public-facing features. This could include virtual tours, community event information, and digital guides for tourists and residents alike.
Virtual Community Space: Design a virtual community space where residents can engage in virtual events, concerts, fairs, and meetings. This can be accomplished through avatars and a metaverse platform.
Infrastructure Planning and Maintenance: Provide tools for modeling and monitoring infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, and water pipelines. This data will assist city planners in optimizing resources and managing maintenance projects.
Disaster Prediction and Management: Incorporate spatial data modeling to predict and manage natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, and wildfires. This feature will support efficient disaster preparedness and evacuation planning.
Sustainable Development: Utilize the Digital Twin to promote sustainable city planning, tracking growth trends, and evaluating environmental impacts of construction and other urban development.
Tax Payment Tracking: Visualize tax payment status of individual properties within a town using a color-coded system. Provide automated alerts for tax payment changes and allow for easy tracking of payment status.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in 3D modeling and WebGL technology.
Strong back-end database skills, with experience in data integration and user interface design.
Knowledge of metaverse platforms and virtual reality technology.
Familiarity with disaster management and sustainable development.
