Are you a social media savvy individual with a knack for engaging content creation and lead generation? I am a loan officer seeking a proactive and dynamic Virtual Assistant to assist in managing my social media presence and driving lead generation efforts.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok.
Create compelling and relevant content tailored to the target audience, including posts, graphics, and videos.
Schedule and publish posts consistently to maintain an active online presence.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and interactions.
Analyze social media insights and metrics to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
Lead Generation:
Implement lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential homeowners seeking home loans.
Utilize social media platforms, online communities, and other channels to reach and engage with target audiences effectively.
Develop and nurture relationships with leads through personalized communication and follow-up efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to generate engaging content and drive lead generation efforts.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and measure performance metrics.
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience or knowledge in the financial or real estate industry is a plus.
