Virtual Assistant Needed to Target Educational Institutions and cold emailing – Affiliate Marketer Job
Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our educational outreach program. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to private schools and colleges across London, UK, so that we can promote our AI training workshops.
Responsibilities:
– Research and compile a list of private educational institutions in London, including contact details (emails)
– If successful send initial emails (that you will be given) to send to these institutions offering a free informative booklet about integrating AI in education.
– Follow up on leads and coordinate with our team to schedule workshops.
Requirements:
Excellent research and communication skills.
Experience in educational outreach or similar projects preferred.
Proficiency in managing email campaigns, using spreadsheets, and Notion for project management.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
