Scope of Work:

The task entails the digital transformation of CLIENT’s Quality Management System (QMS) to align with API (Spec Q1) and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Requirements:

CLIENT seeks an ERP Software System to digitize the entirety of the organization's QMS and its contents across all departments.

One of CLIENT’s primary objectives for its Management and QA/QC departments is the continuous enhancement and maturity of the QMS system to keep pace with industry growth.

CLIENT currently faces significant challenges due to excessive manual intervention and heavy reliance on paperwork. As the organization's ambitions grow, the implementation of an efficient QMS ERP is crucial to effectively achieve its goals and objectives.

The ERP system should boast user-friendliness and easy customization to accommodate specific changes as required by users, customers, or standard bodies. It should also streamline system management efforts, thereby offering an attractive ROI.

CLIENT’s QMS adheres strictly to API Spec Q1 and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
