Bootstrap or Tailwind for 5 pages – Virtual Assistant job

We need someone who can build five pages in Tailwind (or Bootstrap)

Pages are like this (Examples only)

and a few more pages like – one for builder, one for project, one for project search results and so on

CSS should be responsive
Send images in right format (source map) based on device size,
No Layout Shifts.
Lazy for images.

Javascript may be required – search will send to route and nothing to do.
Next on page will go to /2 /3 and so on.

If you can set this up using Jinja2 and Python FastAPI – that will be an excellent add on but we are not looking for that. Good to have.
