Clinical Navigator for Cancer Center – Social Media Manager

We are recruiting a long-term member of our team as a Clinical Navigator who will be a remote team member for our Cancer Center.  

The qualified individual will work from home to help patients here in the United States. We currently have several members of our team who are based remote and we are very satisfied with the quality of the work of each of them. As our patient volume is increasing, so is the workload. As a result, we are growing our team. Our project would include:

1. Regularly following up with patients to address their symptoms and concerns with the direct guidance of physicians and Nurse Practitioner.
2. Triaging clinical issues to bring them to the attention of physicians / providers
3. Scheduling patients for their treatments (injections, infusions, and labs)
4. Working and coordinating care with Front Office and Back Office

Required Education (must have a healthcare related degree)
– RN (preferred and ideal)
– MD

We will provide the necessary training and shadowing to provide a successful onboarding and perpetual success of our newest team member. All of our team members are employed for more than 38 hours per week and most of them are long-term employees (20 months and ongoing)
