The Community System is an application designed to manage community-based associations' finances to ensure proper project management. The system caters to both ordinary members and the executive board, providing features for financial transparency and project oversight.

Project Management:
Create a Project with a name, brief description, and optional finish date.
Executive board to open a project account (Wallet) with a Mobile Money provider.
Link members to the project using an API from the Mobile Wallet company.
Accrue penalties against a member.
Enable monthly subscription and penalty payments via Mobile Wallets using the Mobile Wallet provider’s API.
Additional Features:
Member Hierarchy: Members belong to Zones, Zones to Sub-regions, and Sub-regions to Regions.
Executive Board: Board members must first be ordinary members meeting all ordinary member requirements.
