Construction Project Assistant – Social Media Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Project Assistant to support our Project Coordinator in the successful execution of construction projects. As an integral part of the team, you will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and facilitate effective communication. Your responsibilities will include creating purchase orders, preparing presentation slides, and tracking project costs. 1. Project Coordination: – Assist the Project Coordinator in coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications. – Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project objectives. – Organize and maintain project files accurately for easy accessibility.  

2. Documentation and Reporting: – Prepare and update project progress reports, including financial summaries and resource allocation. – Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. – Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related documentation.  

3. Communication: – Facilitate communication between the Project Coordinator, team members, contractors, suppliers, and clients. – Address project-related queries and direct them to the appropriate channels.  

4. Project Cost Tracking: – Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. – Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to maintain accurate financial records and reports. – Assist in implementing cost control measures and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.  

5. Graphics design work  Requirements: – Previous experience in a construction project support role is preferred. – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. – Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. – Familiarity with construction documentation and processes. – Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently or as part of a team. – Problem-solving mindset and creative thinking abilities. – Positive attitude, proactive approach, and adaptability to changing project needs. – Graphic design skills i.e photoshop, etc  Join our team as a Construction Project Assistant and contribute to the successful execution of construction projects.
