COMPANY OVERVIEW: canXsee is an information marketplace for Australian communities. We are a market disruptor and the next evolution PAST social media. We have established a new marketing and lead generation channel for businesses to more effecitvely and accurately gain customers and make sales.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
-Part-time remote role to align with Sydney, Australia timezone.
-Support the Marketing Manager with brand awareness and campaign execution.
-Own the Social Media and digital marketing channels.  
-Manage CRM data integrity.
-Maintain the customer interfaced ‘help centre’ and learning and development materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage social media calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including daily posting and interaction with followers.
-Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and text.
-Develop, edit and produce video shorts following current trends.
-Manage and maintain canXsee's blog and website content, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
-Deliver the Marketing Managers strategy on social media campaigns and initiatives.
-Manage the development and organisation of learning and development materials.
-Ensure data integrity within the CRM by maintaining accurate and up-to-date information and providing feedback to sales and marketing of improvements.
-Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
-Analyse social media performance metrics and report findings to the Marketing Manager.
