E-Commerce Store Builder with Headless Backend – Writing

Looking to build a website that simplifies the development of e-commerce stores for children. A user answers five multiple choice questions, then their own store is built, customized, and live instantly. A limited number of prepopulated products are instantly ready to sell and marketing tools are ready to be used. Further (limited) customization of the store and the products sold are possible through a simplified admin. Very simple marketing, analytics, analytics, and accounting are available in the admin aswell. I envision this using a headless ecommerce backend like Shopify with products fulfilled by a service print on demand service like Printful.

The goal is to educate kids in ecommerce, math, business, and entrepreneurship and allow them to raise or earn real money online. It should be fail-safe and "so easy a kid could use it". I'm open to any suggestions on tech stacks and providers. I'd like to launch an inexpensive MVP as quickly as possible and build something more robust once the concept is proven. Please let me know how you would build this, show me any examples of previous work that is somewhat similar, and give me a minimum and maximum estimate. Thanks!
