Executive Assistant & Operations Manager – Graphic Designer

A great assistant desired to support a small real estate company manage their current and future residents with their leasing, maintenance and billing requests.  This position is based on when tenants have needs and includes speaking with them as well as contractors and utilities to coordinate quality service.  You would be responsible for helping to attract, filter, and set up new tenants.  You would also be supporting the CEO in several new initiatives and be responsible for doing research, delivering tasks on-time and keeping the project on schedule with different groups of people.  This job will require talking on the phone in a professional manner and have excellent verbal and written skills.  Looking for someone who is dependable, organized, a go getter, can take initiative whats to be part of helping a team deliver its goals. Real estate skills preferred but not required.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$8.00
