Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff / Director of Operations for Automative UK Ecom Brand – Translator job

We are looking to hire a Chief of Staff / Operations Director, someone who is the right hand to the founders. The role would be to oversee 2 UK Staff, 4 VAs and ensure operational tasks are completed and carried out. For high level tasks, we would expect this person to be able to research, learn and execute on the task. This individual should be willing to get their hands dirty but also good experience in managing, developing and training a team.

We hope they can take their own initiative, learn in and outs of the business and take workload off the founders. Key skills: management, organisations, attention to detail and experience with Shopify, eBay and Amazon.

Our company is a predimently e-commerce brand selling omni channel across Amazon, eBay and shopify. Key Responsibilities:
– Ability to manage 3-4 VAs and 2 UK based staff (1 warehouse manager, 1 operations manager)
– Ability to train, develop and motivate taskforce
– Ability to oversee operations, ensure tasks are being completed and support staff where required
– Ability to deep dive into their own task areas given by directors/founders
– Ability to understand the business, take work load off from founders
– High level of attention to detail, e.g. listings review, customer service oversight
– Ability to create SOP and enhance business operations across customer services, creating listings, supply chain
– Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
– Ability to conduct regular assessments of employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Experience/Skills:
– MBA Preferred or significant ecom/management experience in operations and lean structures
– Good excel skills
– Experience with Amazon/Shopify/eBay listings
– Experience overseeing supply chain/inventory levels
– Amazon Inventory/supply chain experience
– Experience with 3D sellers (preferred)

Initially this role with be 8-10 hours a week. If candidate shows appetite this will translate to a full time job

Hourly Range: $6.00-$10.00
