it is a table of rental properties which shows:

and add – monthly rent for each property

It must be set up so that I can correct the numbers myself, which can vary from property to property, and which fields are clearly marked,

you are welcome to set it up so that it is more clear than what I have done, so that you can easily navigate around it. there must also be an opportunity for me to add a property when more come.

in addition to that, I would also like to have a chart that shows the future. as shown on the far right of my table, I need to be able to mark that and drag it in so that I can see the year I want. preferably at 2-year intervals.
