Expert Travel Concierge for a Multi-City Birthday Celebration – Virtual Assistant job
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Concierge to organize a memorable multi-city birthday celebration for a group of 5-7 people. The trip is scheduled from June 21st to July 2nd, 2023, with a special focus on the birthday celebration on June 25th. Depending on availability and booking options, we are considering either Greece or Australia as our destination. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating bespoke travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
Research and secure accommodations that cater to a small group, focusing on quality Airbnbs or boutique hotels in convenient locations.
Plan and book all intercity and international travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for all guests.
Organize a detailed itinerary that includes diverse dining options, ranging from local favorites to fine dining experiences. Attention to dietary restrictions and preferences is required.
Coordinate and book a variety of excursions and activities that cater to the interests of the group, including cultural tours, outdoor adventures, and special events.
Manage all pre-trip and during-trip logistics, ensuring all aspects of the trip are handled professionally.
Provide a detailed schedule and communicate effectively with all trip participants to ensure clarity and organization.
Handle any unforeseen issues or changes in plans with efficiency and discretion.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Travel Concierge, Travel Planner, or similar role with a portfolio of planned trips.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of the chosen destination's travel regulations, attractions, and customs is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to the destination are advantageous.
