Full Time Creator Co-ordinator Needed – Writing

Looking for a full-time Creative Coordinator who can work Full-time in GMT time zone.

What we’re looking for:

– FLAWLESS English. Your personality needs to shine through your writing style. We don't want formal, you need to become friends with creators and represent our agency in the best way possible.
– You're super-organised.
– You’re proactive
– You can use Notion exceptionally well.
– You’re fluent in English and are confident communicating on calls; at times you may need to join video calls and speak directly with creators.
– You’re open-minded and willing to learn
– You can take feedback and use your initiative to manage video revisions
– You use Instagram/TikTok in your free time…sometimes you feel you spend *a bit* too much time on there – but at least you know the platform well, and the latest trends.
– ***Bonus: You've worked in social media/online ads and with an agency***

What you’ll be doing:

– Managing our creator database, we have hundreds of creators but would like to regularly grow this list. You'll find new creators, reach out to them, add them to our database and manage all creator communication.
– Day-to-day communication with creators, ensuring they're on track, sharing briefs, and checking their work deliverables.
– Updating contracts and reviewing creator content to ensure they follow the briefs.
– Ensure all existing creators are up to date, that information is accurate, and that they have signed a contract.
– Regularly report to the founders on progress, creator updates, etc.
– You’ll be responsible for finding new creators for clients
– Onboarding creators to our agency via messages and video calls (including teaching them our best practices for filming).
– Build and grow a Creator Community where tips, tricks, brand opportunities, and more will be posted. We want this to become a go-to resource for any creator.
– Move interested creators onto Notion
– Move approved creators onto a shipping document
– Be in constant communication with all creators
– Show us footage from creators
– Move all folders onto Air
