Marketing & Administrative Assistant – Writing

Job Title: Part-Time Marketing & Administrative Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone, 9:30am – 1:30pm)
Hours: 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Manage the marketing general inbox and report directly to the manager.

Extract customer data from our system and organize it in Google Sheets.

Draft emails for the sales team.

Design and create promotional materials using Canva, including flyers and images.

Update and maintain our website with the latest information.

Create and schedule social media posts using Canva.

Coordinate with the production and sales team to market new and restocked products.

Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Utilize ChatGPT to generate content for blogs, emails, and other marketing materials.

Occasional General admin duties (cleaning up marketing spreadsheets, conducting marketing outreach)

Requirements:
Proficiency in English.

High-speed internet connection (capable of supporting Amazon Workspace).

Own a functional microphone and webcam for regular communication.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and software.

Experience with ChatGPT and Canva preferred.

Compensation:
weekly payment.
Observance of US holiday schedule.

Hourly Range: $8.00-$11.00
