Google Business Profile Suspended – Need help ASAP! – SEO Job

So, my Google Business Profile was suspended recently and despite my best attempts I've not been able to get it reinstated myself. Hence were you come in:

I need someone who has extensive experience working with Google's Business Profile support team here in the United States to help me figure out WHY the profile is suspended and HOW I can get it working again ASAP!

I've already updated information on the page, I've run through the appeals process (which told me that there's no moderated content to appeal – see attached screenshot), and filed multiple appeals to Google directly and have yet to hear anything back from them.
