Knowledge base and Product content writer/editor to update and create customer service documentation – Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced content writer to help launch a customer-facing knowledge base.   You will work closely with a team of stakeholders who will support you with knowledge and guidance while creating and editing content.  Please note that we are building the KB from scratch and must be consistent in formatting, structure and readability.   

This short-term project lasts 1-3 months with the potential for extension based on results.

Who we’re hiring

Self-driven with excellent communication skills.
Fluent in American English
You can  complete writing projects according to the given style and assignment specifications within the deadlines
Researching topics with internal stakeholders so their content contains timely and accurate information
Revising existing content to reflect business changes or new preferences
Determining content needs through conversations with internal stakeholders
Experience with Market Research a plus (not required)

Hourly Range: $5.00-$25.00
