Urgent Project: Code Transfer and Live Launch for Critical Assets on Contabo
Project Overview:
We require a highly skilled development team to facilitate the secure transfer of code for five critical projects from our previous development team. These projects utilize server access to manage live production assets hosted on Contabo, AWS, and Github. The codebase leverages various technologies including Node.js, React, and Django, with source code repositories managed on GitHub.
Time is of the Essence:
* Our top priority is to ensure a smooth and expeditious code transfer process.
* Within the next 12 hours, we need to identify and launch the most critical projects to minimize disruption to our live production environment.
Security Remains Paramount:
* All files, including .env files, and server access credentials will be meticulously reviewed to guarantee the codebase is free of backdoors and vulnerabilities.
* Upon successful code transfer for each project, FTP server access will be permanently removed from the codebase (if present).
* All links and logins to current projects will be thoroughly verified for functionality and accuracy after each launch.
Scope of Work:
1. Code Transfer & Security Review: Securely transfer the codebase for each project from the previous development team. This includes retrieving code from GitHub repositories, server access credentials (if applicable), and any relevant documentation. Conduct a thorough security review of all transferred files, focusing on .env files and potential vulnerabilities.
2. Project Prioritization: Collaborate with our team to identify the most critical projects that require immediate launch within the next 12 hours.
3. Launch of Critical Projects: Implement the prioritized projects on the live production environment hosted on Contabo. Ensure a smooth launch process that minimizes downtime and maintains system stability.
4. Post-Launch Verification: After each launch, verify the functionality and accuracy of all links and logins to the deployed projects.
Deliverables:
1. Transferred Codebase: Securely transferred codebases for all five projects, hosted on dedicated GitHub repositories (if applicable).
2. Security Review Report: A report summarizing the security review findings for each transferred codebase.
3. Successful Launch: Confirmation of successful launch for the prioritized projects within the 12-hour timeframe.
4. Post-Launch Verification Report: Reports verifying the functionality and accuracy of links and logins for each launched project.
Payment Terms:
Payment will be released upon satisfactory completion of each project milestone, as follows:
* 50% upon successful launch of the prioritized projects within 12 hours, and verification of post-launch functionality.
* 50% upon successful transfer and security review of all codebases.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience with Node.js, Linux, AWS, React, React Native, Django, and server-side development.
2. Expertise in securely transferring codebases and conducting security reviews.
