The Role
As one of our earliest engineering hires, you will have a unique opportunity to directly influence its design, architecture, and scalability. You will work closely with the founding team, embodying the spirit of innovation and the drive to build a transformative platform. Responsibilities
Platform Development: Spearhead the development of our platform and other relevant technologies, with a strong emphasis on blockchain and decentralized technologies. Your work will involve implementing and optimizing scalable and secure software solutions. Generally, the founding team will support in solutions architecture. Here you will shine in adopting designs and applying it to your code.
Innovation and Leadership: Bring forward-thinking ideas and a company-building vision to the table, collaborating with the founders to set strategic directions for technological development.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across the entire software stack and collaborate closely with other team members to ensure cohesive and innovative product development.
Process Building: Partner with the founding team to establish and refine engineering processes, setting a high standard for coding practices and contributing to the growth of the engineering team.
Ideal Candidate
Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using Golang, especially within the blockchain or decentralized technology spaces.
Web3 Enthusiast: Deep understanding and genuine enthusiasm for the Web3 ecosystem, with a keen insight into its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Execution-driven Mindset: Proven ability to drive projects from conception to deployment, showcasing a strong sense of ownership and commitment to excellence.
