Looking for a Filipino Virtual Assistant to Support with Marketing Outreach. – Social Media Manager

An American Business Coach, Speaker, and Podcast Host is looking to hire a full-time Virtual Assistant to help with LinkedIn outreach, podcast bookings, and social media management. (See details below:)

Responsibilities Include:
1. LinkedIn outreach: Using established processes to identify qualified prospects on LinkedIn and reach out with highly personalized messages.

2. Podcast Bookings: Reaching out to established podcasts with a highly personalized message to secure booking as a guest speaker.

3. Social Media Management: Support with social media posting, post engagement, and inquiries.

4. General miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Preferred experience & traits:
1. Copywriting experience in English
2. Excellent communicator with a creative problem-solving mindset.
3. Detail oriented.
4. Hard-working, hard-working, and hardworking
5. Can work for at least 40+ hrs a week, 8 hrs a day (potentially more) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
6. NEEDS to have a stable DAILY internet connection and computer (If you do not have a stable internet connection please do not apply)

This role is subject to milestone-based bonuses, meaning if you are able to hit certain milestones (such as booking 10+ calls per week from your email campaign, you will be paid a bonus which typically is ~$75 – $100 a week).

This interview process is task-based.
Once you apply, if you are selected for the next round you will be sent a small task to evaluate your writing skills in English. This task is simple and shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes to complete, and will come with clear, step-by-step instructions.
