Problem with Amazon listing and image language on different markets – Virtual Assistant job
We are HONEST NEKTAR, an Estonian honey product seller on Amazon. Currently, our products are available in the German and Belgian markets. Additionally, HONEST NEKTAR's products are sold by our partner, Vigueur, in the United Arab Emirates.
We plan to expand into the UK market soon and are open to entering other markets as well.
We are looking for your help to be able to transport a single product listing to different countries and modify the listing's content and photos according to the language of that country.
However, we have encountered a problem with our partner in the UAE, where they were able to copy our listing and the existing product reviews, but neither they nor we can change the listing's photos to English for the UAE market.

We wish to change the product photos in the Emirates listing to English, but we are unable to swap out the photos. Neither from HONEST NEKTAR's side nor from VIGUEUR's side.
We are brand registered and I have tried the country specific image upload but Amazon keeps telling me that we have no rights to change the listing.
I have also contacted the Help several times but this has been a dead end also.
Shortly – we need help to solve the problem at hand and to be able to avoid similar problem in the near future when entering UK market.
