Python developer – Translator job
We are looking for an innovative software developer skilled in Python and familiar with web application development, database management, and ideally with experience in image processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement a web-based material tracking application.
Integrate with Microsoft SQL Server to manage real-time tracking of inventory and production data.
Develop interfaces for real-time image capture and analysis from production line cameras.
Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and desktop.
Work closely with production and quality control teams to gather requirements and tailor solutions to operational needs.
Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data analysts, business users, project managers, and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong experience with Python and web development frameworks (Django or Flask).
Proficiency with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Experience with database management and integration, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server.
Familiarity with image processing libraries such as OpenCV.
Experience developing and implementing scalable and secure web applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to project manage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with industrial automation or control systems.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and/or LabVIEW.
Prior work with real-time data processing systems.
Hourly Range: $15.00-$35.00
