Job Description:

We are seeking a talented SEO Content Writer to join our team and contribute to enhancing the visibility and reach of our Shopify store. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content about specific services we offer, optimising it for search engines, and uploading it onto our Shopify platform. With approximately 10 pages to cover, we will proceed page by page, ensuring each receives thorough attention and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

– Write engaging and informative content for each page of our Shopify store, focusing on specific services we provide.
–  Ensure each page contains a minimum of 1000 words, presenting detailed information to potential customers.
– Incorporate testimonials from satisfied clients to add credibility and authenticity to the content.
– Develop a comprehensive set of frequently asked questions (FAQs) relevant to the services offered, addressing common queries customers may have.
– Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, optimisation of meta tags, headings, and content structure, to improve search engine rankings.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall business goals and marketing initiatives.
– Conduct regular content audits and updates to ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and optimised for search engines.
– Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and SEO guidelines.
– Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and content marketing, integrating new insights into content strategies.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in an SEO-focused role.
– Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
– Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
– Ability to conduct keyword research and integrate keywords effectively into content.
– Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred but not required.
