SEO Optimizer, Hubspot & GPT Integration Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage company website updates (research reports, team page, transaction tombstones, HubSpot forms, blog, media articles)
2. Execute “behind-the-scenes” client tasks including building Hubspot newsletters, templates, sequences, emails, workflows, website blog articles, etc.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility across targeted keywords and topics.
4. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and user engagement, and provide regular reporting and insights to inform strategy refinement.
5. Proactively develop, implement, and monitor new and existing processes that improve cross-functional alignment, effectiveness, and decision-making.
6. Implement technical SEO optimizations, including website audits, site speed improvements, mobile responsiveness enhancements, and schema markup implementation.
7. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on SEO best practices, GPT integration techniques, and optimization strategies.
8. Continuously test and iterate on SEO tactics, content optimization approaches, and GPT utilization strategies to drive continuous improvement and maximize results.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field
2. Expert knowledge of HubSpot, WordPress, and ChatGPT tools
3. Experience in Hubspot web tools integration, web content design, and website development and optimization
4. Proven experience (3-4 years) in SEO optimization, preferably in a digital agency or in-house marketing environment.
5. In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz)
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging ChatGPT tools (e.g., OpenAI API, GPT models) to generate and optimize content.
6. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and driving measurable results on time.
7. Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously learning and evolving in SEO and AI-driven content optimization.
This position is suitable for someone with 1-2 years of business development or marketing support experience, specifically who also has experience with HubSpot.
