**Project Description:**

We are a small lending company in need of a custom software solution to manage construction loans efficiently. Our goal is to develop a system that includes a user-friendly dashboard, where we can log in and oversee all aspects of our loan management processes, from draw requests to customer interactions.

**Key Features Needed:**

1. **Online Draw Request Portal**:
   – Intake form for new draw requests with the ability to create, modify, and upload necessary documentation (pictures, videos, receipts).
   – Functionality to print and email completed draw request forms internally and to clients.

2. **Customer Profile Management**:
   – New customer profile creation with first-time sign-in and password reset capabilities.

3. **Tracking and Reporting**:
   – Online tracking of new draw requests with features to manage duplicates and keep up-to-date records of request statuses.
   – Internal portal to view requests, create tracking reports (filterable by status, date, and customer), and manage the status updates (Not Started, In Process, Complete).

4. **Interactive Dashboard**:
   – A central dashboard for real-time visibility into all loan management activities.
   – Features to view and comment on requests, send emails, and view attachments directly from the dashboard.

5. **Security and Compliance**:
   – Ensure all data handling and storage complies with industry standards for security and privacy.
