We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer and Developer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of our online presence and drive lead conversion through functional web design.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly and mobile optimized websites using WordPress and Unbounce.
• Provide recommendations on how to improve site design and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content teams, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective web designs.
• Implement lead conversion optimization strategies to improve website performance and drive user engagement.
• Create and maintain responsive web designs that provide an optimal user experience across various devices and platforms.
• Conduct ongoing website maintenance and updates, ensuring content accuracy and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the company's online presence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to website design and functionality.
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors, if necessary, for specialized design or development projects.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Web Designer and Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in WordPress and Unbounce.
• Highly experienced in design and development in WordPress is required.
• Strong knowledge and experience designing and developing high conversion rate landing pages.
• Proficient and knowledgeable in website conversion rate optimization.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
• Familiarity with responsive web design principles and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of user experience (UX) design and best practices.
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Healthcare/Medical Industry knowledge and experience is a big plus but high skillset is more important.
Hourly Range: $5.00-$40.00
