We require expert who has experience in developing subscription management and automation for Odoo 14 Community SAAS Edition ( We have created three Plan, Basic, Mid and Enterprise) required
Project Overview:
To develop subscription management capabilities which can handle offline and online subscriptions effectively.
Phase 1 :-
Online Subscriptions:
Customers will select packages and payment intervals (monthly or quarterly) and pay via Stripe integration. Stripe will manage payment automation and database expirations.
SaaS Plans:
1. Starter: Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
2. Advanced: Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
3. Enterprise: Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
Subscription Types:
1. (Online) Customers can subscribe on our website for monthly or quarterly plans, with recurring payments deducted automatically.
2. (Offline) However, Annual subscriptions will be managed via manual payments via wire or cheque before registration.
Offline Subscriptions:
Our sales team collects payments manually through direct bank transfers or cheques. We need to manage customer databases for offline subscriptions and automate reminders for upcoming payments and database expirations via email. The system should allow for updating payment information upon receipt.
Current Setup:
Our SaaS structure is operational manually, managing database expiration dates and payments. Now, we seek automation for:
1. Recurring payments until cancellation.
2. Automatic database expiration management based on Stripe payments.
3. Option for customers to change payment intervals.
4. Option for plan upgrades with corresponding payment adjustments.
5. Detailed payment and expiration history within customer databases and dashboard.
6. Centralized payment and expiration history in our master database.
Requirements:
We require a comprehensive solution for subscription automation, ensuring seamless management of both online and offline subscriptions while maintaining accurate payment and expiration records.
