Virtual Assistant (TikTok Manager, Video Editor & Research Specialist)
About Us:
We are a dynamic music-based business specializing in voice and artist development coaching, as well as hosting retreats and workshops for singers of all levels. We're seeking a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team in managing our TikTok page, editing video content, and conducting research for partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
Responsibilities:
TikTok Management:
Create and curate engaging content for our TikTok page that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Stay informed about TikTok trends and implement creative strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on TikTok to foster a sense of community.
Video Editing:
Edit provided video content to ensure it is polished, engaging, and optimized for TikTok.
Use creativity and storytelling skills to enhance the impact of the content and maintain consistency with our brand image.
Collaborate with our team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for video content that will resonate with our audience.
Research & Outreach:
Conduct research to identify companies, organizations, and event organizers who would be interested in hiring our company for workshops, guest speaking engagements, and other collaborations.
Compile a database of potential leads and contacts, including relevant decision-makers and contact information.
Reach out to potential partners and sponsors to initiate conversations and explore collaboration opportunities.
Assist in negotiating partnership agreements and sponsorship deals to support our business objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing TikTok accounts, creating engaging content, and editing videos.
Strong research skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads and partnership opportunities.
