Very Experienced technical writer and formatter of manuals/documents/templates/forms education – Writing

We are a small company with a niche product and are also a not for profit so have limited team members. We need a strong writer to update a suite of business documents, forms, templates. Must be very organised to work through many document's, must be able to ready basic business documents and then apply certain text, formats etc to documents. must be able to efficiently seek direction and get briefed and then carry out tasks independently.
Attention to detail is critical. You will be unfamiliar with the content so don't apply if you feel you will need a lot of guidance or are not used to dealing with unfamiliar content. You must be able to collaborate closely on documents (not left to just work away alone).
You need to write in very simple plain English and be able to follow a strong style and brand guide.
Would prefer someone who has worked with a lot of training manuals and updated forms and guides. We use a customised IT solution that you log the work you do on to for review and then feedback or sign off.
You will need to take weekly and sometimes daily direction. You will need to accept a lot of feedback and shared ownership of documents. you will need to work independently.
We are always looking to retain people and give them other jobs as they learn about our product.
It is particularly helpful if you also have strong editing skills as you will be given a lot of things to edit as well if you do.
You will be required to communicate the update documents to team and maybe even provide basic training in their use or make really short training videos.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$35.00
